Pressure screen working principle and performance

The above problems are solved effectively by the pressure screen with the bottom feed, the bottom discharge slag, the top row of light slag. Light impurities and the air in the slurry will naturally rise to the top of the drainage hole, and the heavy impurities can settle down to the bottom after entering the body. In this way, on the one hand, it effectively reduces the residence time of impurities in the sieve area, reduces the possibility of impurity circulation, and improves the screening efficiency. On the other hand, prevent the damage caused by heavy impurities to the rotor and screen drum and prolong the service life of the equipment.

1, sieve drum: fine sieve drum sieve sieve seam width H0.15 mm, use water jet cutting technology grooving on 8 mm thick steel plate, no burr forming excellent round hole and slot, won't produce stress and like mechanical washing grinding groove groove end fracture. It can also provide the hard contact process to improve the wear resistance.

2. Rotor rotor: the rotor is equipped with 3-4 rotor blades, and the balance is strictly adjusted after assembly. It is the rotor that does not produce vibration when rotating at high speed. The rotor is mounted on the main shaft, and the rotor is mounted on the rotor through the screw rod, and the gap between the rotor and the sieve drum can be adjusted. The coarse screen rotor is equipped with a drum external rotor structure, and the dynamic balance is corrected. This structure prevents the impurity winding rotor from affecting the normal operation of the equipment.  

3. Shell: consists of upper cover and barrel body, and the lower part of the barrel is provided with a cutting and feeding tube. The center of the barrel is provided with a slurry pipe, and the upper cover is provided with a drain hole and a flushing nozzle.  

4. Transmission device: including motor, pulley, v-belt, belt tensioning device, spindle and bearing.
