The lubrication characteristics of papermaking machinery

Papermaking machinery working environment is humid and hot, some equipment accompanied by impact load, and so on the choice of lubricant mainly consider the emulsification resistance, water resistance, thermal oxidation stability and load resistance. The lubrication points on paper machinery are closed in principle. All bearings in the wet section of the papermaking machine, the flow pulp box to the pressing part, are sealed with a sealed bearing shell for the cross-contamination of water and grease. The dry section of the paper machine USES the center lubrication station to lubricate and dissipate the heat of the bearings at the high temperature of the operation. This type of lubricator is very reliable for the system with manual adjustment of oil volume.

The main bearing of the wet section is automatically forced lubrication by the central lubrication station on the new high speed wide paper machine. In this system, the wet and dry parts of the paper machine are provided with central lubrication stations, but the control system is controlled by the automatic control system.
