Health paper machine single pass and multi-pass application characteristics

The main shaft drive of the small toilet paper machine adopts ac asynchronous motor to drive the total transmission shaft, at which time the total shaft has fixed speed. But the main motive of the main shaft transmission is to use dc motor or commutator ac motor for speed adjustment. It is also useful for steam turbine engines. In the total shaft drive, the adjustment of the speed ratio between parts is purely mechanical, and is realized by the triangle pulley or differential mechanism with tapered pulley or stepless speed transmission. The starting or closing of each branch is controlled by friction clutch or electromagnetic clutch. A large number of bearings, belts and pulley are used in the total shaft drive. The total shaft drive belongs to a relatively backward transmission form, which is now partially or completely replaced by partial transmission.  

The division drive USES electric method instead of mechanical method to adjust the speed ratio between the whole locomotive speed and each division. Since the active rollers of each branch are equipped with their respective motors, and the button controls their starting mechanism to stop, it is not required to install the clutch. The motor drives each branch's active roll through the gearbox. In order to keep the motor away from the wet part and bake the cadres to improve the working conditions of the motor, although the floor area has been increased, there is still an intermediate shaft between the gearbox and the active rollers of each section. The two ends of the intermediate shaft are equipped with a set of curved gear coupling. It allows the deflection of 10, to compensate the installation error and the transmission part and the health paper machine base of the different settlement. Partial drive can eliminate the main shaft, tapered pulley, belt and clutch, simplify the transmission device, and operate reliably.  

The power drag type of the division drive is based on the size of the machine and the different types of paper produced. High speed sanitary paper machine should be equipped with more perfect automatic power system.
