The working part of the double screw multi-function spinning machine is composed of two parallel, meshing and rotating modular screw elements and special structures. Has several section of the back pressure in spiral roller length direction, when the pulp after back pressure zone will produce very high compression force and shear force, make the fiber pulp at the same time of delivery by dynamic extrusion, relying on the high consistency between fiber under the high pressure kneading, complete fiber dissociation and fibrosis, made of high quality pulp.
